By combining Surface Mount, Conventional, Cable Wiring and Box Build skills, we have the capability to meet complex designs and manufacturing requirements across a range of demanding applications and market sectors.

Surface Mount Assembly

We operate 4 dedicated surface mount assembly lines coupled with 2 forced convection reflow lines. Our Heller and BTU ovens offer both leaded and lead-free compatibility.
Our machine package handling capability ranges from 0201 to large scale BGA, again, in both leaded and lead-free compatibilities.

Conventional

We offer manual and automatic through-hole insertion, or conventional, electronic assembly. Soldering with the use of both paste on board and waveflow soldering techniques, our workforce prides itself on its ability to provide extremely high levels of quality. We achieve this by giving each operator personal responsibility for attaining zero defects. We further support this with a corrective action procedure that ensures any potential improvements to the assembly process are captured and implemented.

Leaded and lead-free hand assembly is catered for and a fast-turn modification/re-work service is available 6 days per week.
